By entering the XYZ with Erik Zachary Jamaica Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), each participant ("Participant") agrees to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Zachary Productions LLC dba XYZ Studios ("Sponsor" or "Administrator") is the sole sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes. Unique Travel Corp, Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, and Travel Jamaica are prize sponsors and are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes, the verification of winners, or the fulfillment of prizes. All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's partners, related companies, agencies, or agents, including Unique Travel Corp, Sandals Resorts, and Beaches Resorts, as well as the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents) and same-household members of any such employee, officer, director, or agent, are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Beginning on May 4, 2026 and through May 17, 2026, visit xyzcontest.com and complete the entry form. You must follow @xyzcontent on Instagram to be eligible. Fill in all required information completely and accurately.
Sponsor will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries. Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Any entrant using fraudulent means to participate will be disqualified. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
One (1) random drawing will be conducted on or about May 18, 2026, from all eligible entries received between May 4, 2026 and May 17, 2026. Sponsor will select one (1) winner ("Winner"), subject to compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Winner's name will be announced on-air on XYZ with Erik Zachary. The Winner will be notified by email or phone and must sign and return Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate Winner.
One (1) winner will receive: a 4-day / 3-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at any Sandals Resort or Beaches Resort in Jamaica, plus a voucher towards roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from the nearest major U.S. gateway to the selected resort's airport.

Resort selection: Winner may choose any Sandals Resort or Beaches Resort located in Jamaica, subject to availability.
Redemption period: The Prize must be redeemed for travel between June 1, 2026 and May 31, 2027. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after expiration. If not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the Prize will be forfeited.
Reservations will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the selected travel date. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, originating from the same airport.
Blackout dates: Subject to availability and blackout dates, including 7 days before and after any major U.S. Holiday.
What is included: Luxurious accommodations (one room, double occupancy, Luxury category); all meals; unlimited premium brand beverages; daily and nightly entertainment; land and water sports activities including daily scuba diving for certified divers and snorkeling; Wi-Fi; resort taxes; resort gratuities; and resort transfers to and from the selected resort's airport.
Exclusions: Car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane Spa treatments, specialty dining, tours and excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, room service, meals outside of the selected resort, island departure taxes, purchases at resort specialty or gift shops, baggage fees, and customs duties are not included.
The Prize recipient must be 18 years of age or older. The travel companion may be an adult or a minor (age 17 or younger). The Prize is for two (2) individuals only. Any additional guests will be at additional cost to the Winner.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of the Prize package. Winner must have a valid government-issued photo ID to claim the Prize. Winner and travel guest must sign a release provided by Sponsor.
The accommodations portion of the Prize is subject to space availability and blackout dates. Unique Travel Corp and the selected resort each reserve the right to relocate any confirmed Winner and guest to an alternate resort within the same chain and to change dates with prior notice should circumstances require. Neither Unique Travel Corp nor the selected resort shall be liable for any claim by the prize winner including loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of comparable or equal value in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing Winner or guest for flights or events that are canceled, rescheduled, or delayed. This includes event cancellations, trip schedule changes, flight cancellations, changes in travel arrangements, delays of any form and duration, and all delays or cancellations due to acts of nature, terrorism, illness, or war. Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred by Winner or travel guest as a result of such cancellations, delays, or other circumstances beyond their control.
Winner is advised to consult the U.S. State Department's website at travel.gov for the latest information on traveler safety, security, and health advisories for Jamaica. All guests are responsible for checking travel and entry protocols for their destination before departure and ensuring full compliance. The selected resort shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for required testing or other pre-travel requirements.
By entering, Participant represents that they fully own or have properly licensed any materials submitted and that all information provided is true and correct. Sponsor shall have the irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right to use any and all such materials to promote the Sweepstakes, its business, brand, products, and services, throughout the world in perpetuity and in any media now or hereafter known.
Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant's consent to Sponsor and Sponsor's affiliates and agents to use their name, voice, likeness, opinions, and biographical information for publicity purposes in any media throughout the world at any time, without obligation to seek consent or provide any payment. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the Winner's name, likeness, and biographical information without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Subject to applicable law, by entering the Sweepstakes and potentially receiving a Prize, each Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, along with Sponsor's employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents, and assigns, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding, and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, or fee of any kind, relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of their participation in the Sweepstakes, or from Participant's receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR AND/OR SPONSOR'S PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, OR RELATED COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SPONSOR PARTIES") BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT'S RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, NO MATTER UNDER WHAT THEORY ARISING, EVEN IF ANY SPONSOR PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPONSOR PARTIES' ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO $500. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS AND AS SUCH THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ALL DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THESE RULES SHALL BE RESOLVED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS (CLASS ACTION SUITS ARE HEREBY WAIVED), AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN ILLINOIS. THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS SHALL GOVERN, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. THE PARTIES HERETO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
